How do timers work?
Create a recipe with named steps and durations. Start a step to set an alarm for when it should finish. Pause or resume the timer as needed, and mark steps complete when done. Your progress is saved automatically, even if you close the app.
How do alarms work?
When a step timer ends, an alarm notifies you, even if the app is not open. You can choose the alarm sound in Settings and preview it before starting a bake.
Where is my data stored?
All recipes and bake progress stay on your iPhone. My Bread Timer does not use accounts, cloud sync, or third-party analytics. Nothing leaves your device unless you choose to share it.
Why am I asked about alarms?
My Bread Timer needs alarm access to notify you when a step timer completes. Alarms are scheduled on your device and are not sent through any external service. If access is turned off, open Settings → Bread Timer → Alarms on your iPhone.
